A special room has been set up for transgender migrants from Central America in a caravan.

The room has a blue sign with the symbol of both a man and a woman. Migrants are sleeping at the Parroquia de Asunción, a church in Puebla that has been converted into a shelter. There are many transgender migrants traveling with the caravan, fleeing persecution in their home countries.
