The Advocate's protection of Kevin Spacey.

The Advocate, one of the cornerstone publications for the LGBT community, is now finds itself in the cross hairs for a failure in reporting accusations against Kevin Spacey in 2001. Even though they published a story about the incident at that time, they redacted Kevin Spacey’s name. It would seem that they were more interested in protecting their reputation of not outing people than reporting all of the details of an attempted rape of an underage actor.
