A new survey has shed light on when gay people lose their virginity. Online health service DrEd.com asked 1000 people of different ages, genders and sexualities about their first time. The results have she light on a changing sexual history – with significant differences between baby booms and millennial, as well as a changing map of sexualities.

HQ Trivia users are deleting the app after finding out gay, Republican Peter Thiel is an investor.

First question: Why are HQ users calling for a boycott?  It was announced earlier this week that the popular app, on which 1 million people play trivia every day, will raise $15 million from billionaire venture capitalist Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund. Cyan Banister, a Founders Fund partner, will sit on HQ’s board.

Winter Pride Festival takes place in Reykjavik in February.

February may be one of the coldest months of the year in Iceland, but the LGBT travel company Pink Iceland hopes to warm things up with their winter pride festival. Pink Iceland’s seventh annual Rainbow Reykjavík festival will take place from February 8-11, with an exciting program that includes social events in the city, tours outside the city, the legendary Pink Masquerade Ball at Iðnó Theatre on February 10, and much more.

Tinder joins list of ‘rainbow’ brands supporting Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras.

The partnership involves supporting the festival which runs from 16 February and culminates in the parade on 3 March.  Tinder will have a float in the parade and will also host an ‘interactive space’ on Fair Day (18 February) “to help experienced swipers and curious newbies get the most out of their Tinder experience, and make meaningful matches throughout the carnival”.

All 31 NHL teams are hosting a Pride or Inclusion Night this season.

This year seemingly all 31 NHL teams are hosting some form of “Inclusion Night” or “Pride Night” between Feb. 1 and March 5 for the league’s “Hockey Is For Everyone” campaign. The NHL teams each handle the celebration of “Hockey Is For Everyone” differently. Some, like the Boston Bruins, have general nights embracing overall inclusion, while others like the New Jersey Devils have LGBT-specific Pride Nights.
