Irish-Americans hold LGBT-friendly St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Queens, despite end of Fifth Ave. event ban.

Irish-Americans proudly marched in the LGBT-friendly St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Woodside, Queens, Sunday saying it remained relevant even as larger celebrations have become more inclusive.

The St. Pat’s for All parade began as an inclusive response to LGBT groups banned from the big march on Fifth Ave.
