When same-sex marriage was passed by The Supreme Court of the United States in June 2015, that solved everything, right? Not exactly. We must remember we are a union of 50 states and, unfortunately, the fight for equality migrated to the state-level. Depending on our LGBTQ status, we can still be denied housing, services and employment in up to 30 states in the U.S.
