Court rules against Trump administration on transgender military ban…again.

An appeals court on Wednesday ruled against the Trump administration and upheld a court order stalling a ban on transgender individuals serving in the military. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit upheld a block on the implementation of the ban, which was first announced by President Trump last year.

The CW is developing a “Batwoman” TV series, which would star the first openly gay superhero to headline a live-action show or movie. If picked up to series, the show would premiere in 2019 after Batwoman makes her planned debut later this year in The CW’s “Arrowverse,” according to Variety.
