A postal worker in Ohio called two gay men “faggots” and threatened to stop delivering their mail. In an encounter that was partly recorded on one of the victims’ cell phones this past Tuesday, Michael Coward of Columbus, Ohio, went to check his mail just as a United States Postal Service worker was delivering it.

A new report has found that nearly half of the world’s countries are actively stopping LGBTQ people from fighting for equality. OutRight Action International have released new research which shows that 85 of the world’s 194 countries to not allow the formation of LGBTQ organisations.

Ruth Coker Burks cared for hundreds of dying people, many of them gay men who had been abandoned by their families. She buried more than three dozen of them herself, after their families refused to claim their bodies. For many of those people, she is now the only person who knows the location of their graves.
