An adoption agency is closing because they can’t discriminate against gay people.

The Catholic Charities of Buffalo is ending its adoption program, citing New York’s ban on discrimination as the reason. The organization has a contract with the Erie County Department of Social Services to place children in foster and adoptive families. State law in New York does not allow contracting organizations to discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation.

Archbishop alleges Pope Francis knew of Cardinal’s abuse for years without acting.

Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, a former Vatican diplomat in Washington, alleges in a letter published Sunday that Pope Francis knew about the sexual abuse committed by a top American clergyman years before he was publicly disgraced. The allegations come just days after Francis denounced the Church’s history of abuse in a letter to all Catholics.

Facebook slammed after ‘Gay Cure’ ads are targeted to young LGBT users.

In a shocking discovery by the Telegraph, Facebook was caught running ads that were discriminatory and predatory towards LGBT youth. The company took the ads down after the publication exposed the advertisements, but it wasn’t before many people were targeted for the “gay cure” messaging that has been slammed for being “aggressive and manipulative.”
