NINE LGTBI associations have registered in Torremolinos in recent months, it has been revealed The development comes after Torremolinos has become a destination for lesbians, gay people, transsexuals, bisexuals and intersex people, something which has been embraced by the current council.

Pride Day at the NY State Fair.

A singer-songwriter featured on a gay rights anthem and a central New York native who was the manager at Pulse nightclub in Orlando will headline Pride Day events Friday at the New York State Fair. Mary Lambert, who was featured on “Same Love” with Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, is among several acts scheduled to perform at the new Empire Experience Stage in the fair’s New York Experience.

Publo, CO Pride is a huge community event.

Hundreds of people in Pueblo joined together for the acceptance and celebration of diversity Sunday at the annual Pueblo LGBTQ Pride Festival. The Southern Colorado Equality Alliance hosts the event every year. More than 50 businesses, nonprofits, food trucks, and entertainers filled Mineral Palace Park. “I support gay pride,” attendee Taylor Herrera said. “I support it for my friends that I’m here with, my uncles, my aunties, whoever I know that are part of the community.

St. Louis’ Black Pride still fighting for equality.

President Donald Trump’s words and actions were at the forefront of people’s minds on Sunday at St. Louis’ Black Pride Rally. One of the longest-running black LGBTQ community events in the nation, this year’s gathering coincides with a summer in which the president announced on Twitter that transgender people were banned from serving in the military and, more recently, assigned some blame to counterprotesters for violence at a white supremacist rally in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Government support keeps Montreal Pride marching along.

One of the biggest travel and tourism event in French Speaking Quebec and Montreal and as the LGBT pride parade draws near, along with the final activities that will close 11 days of festivities that have once again rocked Montréal, the Government of Canada announced that four financial contributions totalling $463,300 have been granted to the Montréal Pride non-profit organization.

Madison, Wisconsin Pride – standing with the transgender troops!

Near the front of Madison’s annual Outreach Pride Parade on Sunday, the Madison Area Transgender Association’s float flew flags of the five branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. A sign on the float, which read, “Standing with our trans troops,” represented a clear response to tweets last month by President Donald Trump that announced his decision to ban transgender people from serving in the military.
