A group of Jackson clergy have started a petition against Gov. Rick Snyder’s appointment of Bishop Ira Combs Jr. to the Michigan Civil Rights Commission.
Combs, who leads Greater Bible Way Temple of the Apostolic Faith in Jackson, is known for his conservative views on social issues – including LGBT rights.
